Every referral you send The Reyes Group will result in a commission sent to you when we close. The process is simple - if you know someone or have a client that could be interested in commercial real estate, engage them in a conversation about how their business is doing. Use the talking points below to guide you. If they mention needing commercial space, submit the referral form and guide them to our Commercial Resource Vault. The vault webpage will give them free resources and valuable information on buying or selling their commercial property through The Reyes Group.

1. Ask: "How's Business?"

If you know your client owns a business, engage in a conversation about it with them.

2. Listen for...

  • Is their company expanding, shrinking, or relocating?

  • Are they starting a business?

  • Are they looking for lease space for their business?

  • Do they want to buy a property for their business?

  • Do they need help formulating a commercial real estate strategy?

  • Do they want to invest?

3. Refer

Respond with, "I have someone on my team that can help with that." Submit the referral form and we will get to work!
